New Position Transportation Coordinator
Job Overview
We are currently recruiting for a professional and reliable NIGHT SHIFT Transportation Coordinator. In this position, you will be in charge of creating dispatches for our fuel transportation drivers, helping to solve customer issues and address complaints.
To excel in this position, all candidates should be able to multi-task in stressful conditions with little supervision. In addition to being an excellent communicator, the ideal candidate will also demonstrate superb organizational and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities and Duties
Evaluate gas stations inventory needs Prepare drivers/carriers routes and paperwork for the daySupervise the route and status of field units to prioritize their daily scheduleRoutes documentationRespond to queries related to products and deliveriesHandle driver and customer issues/concerns Communicate with management resolving issues and improving processesCompressed schedule from 8pm to 8am
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent qualification is requiredPreferably experienced in a similar roleStrong knowledge of emergency processes and proceduresExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in MS Office with proven experience in data entryAbility to work well under pressureExcellent night performance
